Coming towards the end of projects we find ourselves with more accommodation than we can reasonably occupy. So our idea is to invite all family or friends to come to Cornwall and stay in our house at Wearde Quay.
This converted stone stable is on the bank of the River Lynher at its confluence with the Tamar.
Fabulous south facing views across the river from all rooms.
Generously proportioned throughout with a total of three double bedrooms.
Downstairs:
Hall, bath/shower/WC.
Two bedrooms, one has a piano.
Upstairs:
Large open plan Kitchen/dining/living room.
One bedroom with ensuite washroom/WC.
The garden leads onto the beach.
There is a nature reserve close by.
WiFi
We are not letting the house out commercially at present, but invite friends who would like to stay.
Contribute towards our running and changeover costs as you wish (price idea: daily £15 for the house and £40 changeover).
We don’t really want dogs.
If anybody is interested, please have a look at the attached calendar of available dates and let me know your preferences.
